Very spicy cayenne made from our own selection of cayenne plants.  De-seeded before grinding, so it is not as spicy as it could be.  Our cayenne has an amazing rich red color and delicious fruity flavor.  But be careful, a little bit goes a long way in adding flavor and heat to your food.
